Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
This policy explains what information Sabs' Labs LLC (“Sabs' Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects through sabslabs.com, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Questions go to sabrina@sabslabs.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use a contact form or email us, we receive your name, company (optional), email address, and the contents of your message, plus anything else you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and hosting providers collect technical information such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, the site that referred you, approximate location (city or region), and your IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & analytics).
We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or precise geolocation.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site and its forms secure and to prevent spam or misuse
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and the business, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Netlify: website hosting and contact-form processing
- Google: Google Analytics (site analytics), Google Sheets (storing contact-form submissions) and Google Fonts (web fonts)
- Email provider: to send and receive email with you
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.
Embedded content & links
Portfolio pages include content embedded from other services, including YouTube videos, Spotify players, X (Twitter) and Instagram posts, and live previews of client websites. When a page with embedded content loads, those services may collect information about your visit and set their own cookies, as if you visited their sites directly. The site also links to other sites, such as our newsletter on beehiiv, our shop on Gumroad, and social media profiles. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Do Not Track & third-party tracking
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.
Third-party tracking. Third parties, including Google and the embedded-content providers listed above, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.
Your choices & requests
You can email sabrina@sabslabs.com at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Review and correct that information
- Ask us to delete it
We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information when the law requires it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. Under California Civil Code §1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), you may ask whether we disclosed your personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. We do not make those disclosures.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form submissions and email correspondence as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship, for up to ten years after our last contact, so we have a record of past projects and conversations, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings, no longer than 14 months.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to accounts we control. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will also note them at the top of this page.
